Applications
from firms having distinct legal existence and not merely general order
suppliers are invited for Registration of firms/suppliers/service providers for
supply of Stationery items, Exam related materials, Prizes, Medals, Trophies,
Mementos, Sports equipments, Kits, Costumes, Science Equipments/Materials,
Printing Material/work, Musical instruments, Agricultural equipments seeds,
plants, flower pots from nurseries, Computer Hardware software Teaching Aid,
Audio Visual Aids, Library books, Furniture items, Tent articles, Sound &
light arrangements, Labour/service providers in watch & ward, cleanliness,
gardening, electrical materials, AC, Water purifier, Water coolers Electrician,
Plumber, Mess & Catering for students/staff, White wash painting materials
and labour, hardware & Sanitary material. Construction materials, AMC for
computers, Air conditioners, Water purifiers, Refrigerators, Water Coolers,
Photocopiers, Intercom, LCD, DLP projectors, Fire extinguishing equipment,
plumbing repairs, transport for excursion/adventure activities by the Vidyalaya
during the year 2012-13.
Last date
for receiving the applications for registration alongwith proof of
PAN/TAN/TIN/ST/VAT No. etc. is 15-3-12. Labour/Service providers should mention
EPF/EIS number also. It is mandatory for firms registering for security services
to have a certification to the effect from the competent authority i.e. DGP
Punjab Police that they have SOP trained staff and are authorized for the same.
