Sealed tenders are invited for one year contract for WET Canteen and Book-shop for the session 2010-11 latest by 8-3-2010 alongwith earnest money of Rs.5000/- in the form of D.D. in favour of Principal, KV Suranussi to be commenced  w.e.f. 1-4-2010  in  Kendriya Vidyalaya, Suranussi (Jalandhar).

Tender form can be obtained from office on payment of Rs.100/- on any working day. The same will be opened on 9-3-2010.

Earnest money Rs. 5000/- to be deposited by the contractor along with tender forms. Rents rates to be filled by the canteen contractor per month including the water charges Rs. _______________ (Rupees_____________________________________).

The quality of the items and experience of running canteen will be given weight age in deciding about giving the contract. A proof of experience certificate may be attached along with the sealed quotations. Quotations which are not found in the sealed cover, may be rejected by the undersigned without assigning any reason, what so ever.

  1. It is mandatory to use gas stove only.
  2. Power tariff for refrigerator/deep freezer is @ Rs. 1000/- per month (exclusive of rent charges).
  3. Kitchen hygiene is a must.
  4. Timings: 8 am to 2:30pm or as directed.

Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed/ successful contractors for running the Book Shop for the session 2010-11 in K.V. Suranussi latest by 8/3/2010.

1.     Rent rates to be filled by the Book Shop contractors per month including the Electricity bill charges Rs_________________________________

2.     Earnest money to be deposited by the contractor Rs. 5000/-.  

3.     A proof of experience certificate may be attached along with the sealed quotations/ Authorized  dealer certificate from companies will be given due credit.
